Our primary shipping carrier is UPS Ground.
All packages are shipped with a signature required.
If you need to make special arrangements for delivery we suggest you call UPS and ask what options you may have. There is also FedEx Delivery Manager that you can sign up for that offers options.
For business addresses, UPS will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery.

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return authorization is required.
Once return is authorized, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
No merchandise will be returned without prior authorization. All returned goods will be shipped at customer’s expense. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returned goods. We assess this charge even on authorized returned goods if the return is not due to a LloydPans error.
If you need to return an item, simply Sign In to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Accont menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Indicate your reason for product return, the action you would like us to take and your comments. Please expand on your reason for return in the comments section as that will help us determine the return authorization.
