Terms of Sale
LEAD TIME
All orders are scheduled to ship within a specified time frame from the date the order is processed in-house. At LloydPans we manufacture most of the products we carry and lead times allows us the opportunity to build orders in the event of temporary shortages. Often, we ship ahead of maximum lead-time required, inventory permitting.
Transit time is not included and should be factored separately when calculating the expected date of arrival of selected products.
BACKORDERS
LloydPans will ship all backorders unless otherwise advised to cancel by customer.
NOTICE OUR "BEAUTY MARKS"
When we make the best cookware you can find, we concentrate on what's really important in the kitchen - high performing pans that help created healthy, great tasting food.
Our exclusive manufacturing process leaves an occasional harmless streak, smudge or rack mark on the cookware and we don't overfinish them with unnecessary pretty coatings. We call these our "beauty marks" and they do not effect the performance of our pans.
30 DAY UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE*
LloydPans believes in the quality of it's products and offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee*. If this product does not perform to your satisfaction then it can be returned for a refund within 30 days from purchase.
* Under normal home use and following care & use instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are part of normal use.
WARRANTY*
LloydPans warrants all products against defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase for a period of 1 year. We will repair or replace defective products, but will not be responsible for any consequential damages including any claim of lost profits.
Metal utensil safe means that metal whisks, spatulas and other non-sharp metal utensils may be used without damage. In fact, we recommend a metal spatula when using our fry pan and saute pans. Do not use sharp instruments or appliances such as electric mixers to cut or chop against the pan as this may damage the coating and will not be covered under this warranty. Immersion blenders can be used with bottom safety guards.
Food sticking to the pan is not a covered by the Warranty.
RETURNS
No merchandise will be returned without prior authorization. All returned goods will be shipped at customer’s expense. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returned goods. We assess this charge even on authorized returned goods if the return is not due to a LloydPans or Lloyd Industries error.

LEGAL
This sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without giving effect to its choice of law or conflict of principles. In the event of a dispute of any nature arising between LloydPans, Lloyd Industries and customer, venue shall be proper in Spokane County, Washington Superior Court and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
