Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs can be calculated from the initial cart before you proceed to checkout.


Our primary shipping carrier is FedEx.

All packages are shipped with a signature not required.
Please make sure your deliveries are monitored so that packages delivered are not left unattended.

If you need to make special arrangements for delivery we suggest you call FedEx and ask what options you may have. There is also FedEx Delivery Manager that you can sign up for that offers options.


You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return authorization is required.

Once the return is authorized, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

No merchandise will be returned without prior authorization. All returned goods will be shipped at the customer’s expense. The original shipping cost is not refundable. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed on returned goods. We assess this charge even on authorized returned goods if the return is not due to a LloydPans Kitchenware error.
